Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and the name of other delegate with whom you wish to share. Note that additional guest for the Sudio King Room (Single) will have to purchase breakfast directly from the hotel upon check-in.

Extending your stay - The hotels may offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Cancellations - Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay.

Security deposit upon check in - Credit card details will be requested from all guests on arrival. The deposit is to cover any miscellaneous charges.
